The hotel is close to the train station (a major plus for transport). it is convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Public transport is easily accessible. breakfast had enough options and was reasonably priced if not included. major tourist attractions were within a walkable distance.

The room felt a bit cramped. I found hardly any space to store personal belongings. the air conditioning had a timer, so it shut off repeatedly during the night. i raised the issue with reception multiple times, but no action was taken .

the hotel featured modern decor and was generally clean.

Communication before arrival was poor. My messages about parking went unanswered. the bed sheets felt synthetic and caused me to sweat during the night. these issues detracted from the overall experience. I expected better service given the price.

I found this hotel super close to the bus station and i even spotted it right away! my room, a standard queen room, seriously amazed me. The staff was friendly and very helpful too! this spot is like, the best place and the perfect location to zoom into the center. i totally recommend it.

the computer system seemed a bit confused! it was sorted out, but added some stress.

The location proved very convenient. It was a short walk from the central train station. The air conditioning worked very well from June 29 to July 1, 2025. I was able to stay until 4 PM in the reception area before my train to London (that was a great service!).

The hotel's computer system seemed to have some issues (I found this frustrating). This required sorting and caused some stress.

The breakfast included a mix of fresh, dry, and hot foods. The fresh breads were a highlight (especially with a bit of jam!). There was enough variety and freshness.

The staff greeted everyone with a smile and demonstrated patience even with difficult customers. One staff member, Anas, provided excellent assistance with railway options. This saved me money and cleared up confusion.
